Speaking in an exclusive interview in the current issue of Reveal Magazine, the Argentinean model has revealed he is completely finished with the 34-year-old TV star - who he started dating in February 2011, before splitting from her last month - and has no intention of ever rekindling their relationship, even though Katie wants to.
Leandro said: "Leaving her was the best decision I ever made. She was still messaging me two weeks ago, begging me to come back, but I'm never going back and I've told her to leave me alone."
Leandro - who met Katie at Sir Elton John's post-Oscars in Los Angeles - also claims the busty beauty is "self-obsessed" and spends a lot of her time looking at pictures of herself on the internet.
Leandro added: "She spends morning, noon and night looking at pictures of herself online - she is self-obsessed."
