Lea Michele Filming Alongside Kate Hudson For New Glee Episodes

Lea Michele is filming scenes with Kate Hudson for a string of new Glee episodes, in which the Something Borrowed actress will play a dance teacher at the fictional New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts.

Hudson's character, named Cassandra July, will teach Michele's Rachel Berry some moves over the next few episodes of season four of the hit series. News that the two would be hooking up on the show emerged on Monday when the show's creator, RYAN MURPHY, Tweeted a picture of Michele and Hudson together, both sporting grins that stretched ear to ear.

And given the prospect of working with Miss Hudson, Lea is clearly one happy bunny as she has shown through her Twitter feed. She Tweeted on Monday; "Getting ready to watch Kate Hudson sing and dance in a little bit! #whyigetupat5am :)". And if that wasn't enough to set Gleek tongues wagging, then the fact that Hudson is but one high-profile star that is set to crop up in a recurring character role.

Hudson will appear along with Sex and the City star and fellow New Yorker Sarah Jessica Parker, whose yet to be named character is also due to appear over multiple episodes over the next series.
