A photo purporting to show Travolta in New York on the day in question has been posted on Tmz.com, as well as a receipt from Manhattan restaurant Mr Chow time-stamped at around 11pm.

Okorocha said the actor had more than enough time to fly to New York for the meal, since the alleged encounter in the hotel room happened at "roughly 10am that morning", adding, "We know exactly where he was. That's not even up for debate. I was talking to Travolta's lawyers for two months, and they never brought up this excuse he was in New York (that morning)". The masseur is suing the actor for $2 million, claiming that he groped him and grabbed his crotch.
