Lauren Scruggs - Lauren Scruggs Celebrates First Birthday As An Amputee

Model Lauren Scruggs has celebrated her 24th birthday by showing off her new prosthetic arm after losing a hand and an eye in a bizarre plane propeller accident last year (11).
The pretty blonde was spotted out and about in Texas on Wednesday (18Jul12).
Scruggs walked into an airplane propeller in December (11) and she has been undergoing extensive rehab ever since.
In March (12), she reached an insurance settlement in her legal battle over the freak accident after rejecting a $200,000 (£125,000) pay-out from bosses at Aggressive Insurance Services.
