Bradley Cooper found 'The Hangover 2' a "logistical" problem.
The actor - who portrays Phil Wenneck for the second time in the comedy movie directed by Todd Phillips - thinks it was one of his toughest films to shoot as it takes place in Thailand which is considerably further away from home than the first movie, which is set in Las Vegas.
He said: "Logistically this one was difficult. You're halfway round the world. There's something about the energy of the set. There are tons of people all on set all at the same time, a ton of people working, a tense environment.
"It's humid, people are getting sick the tuk-tuk doesn't have the right wheel and you have to wait two hours for that, you're losing the sun. It got crazy, it really did, and there was no refuge."
Despite the hard work, the 36-year-old hunk does not think he needs to take a break to get away from it all.
He added to The Scotsman newspaper: "You know, I just don't ever think like that, 'Oh, I need to take a vacation.' I don't feel like I need a break. It's all together. It's just sort of all one thing which is my life.
"I love doing what I do. I love spending time with friends. I've made, and stayed in touch with, a lot of friends I've worked with."news_bang_old 57011 2705942 Bradley Cooper, Las Vegas, Todd Phillips
Justin Bieber was blocked by security when trying to talk to Rihanna at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday (22.05.11).
The 17-year-old singer - who was accompanied to the bash by girlfriend Selena Gomez - was reportedly left red-faced after he was prevented from talking to the 'S&M' star after he approached her five times at the prestigious event, which took place at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The insider said: "Justin thinks Rihanna is the most beautiful woman and supremely talented.
"He is in awe of her. Justin is just a red-blooded teenager, he can't help acting like a love-sick puppy dog when he's around her. "The pair were chatting as Justin's girlfriend Selena looked on, scowling. Then Rihanna got dragged away by a couple of her friends.
"The pair resumed their chat later but when Justin went to talk to her at the show's climax her security blocked his path, telling him to 'leave it'."
The 'Baby' hitmaker was said to be "mortified" at the rebuff because he thought he and Rihanna were friends after talking to her at the BRIT awards earlier this year.
The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Justin looked mortified - he thought they were buddies."
However, the teenage singing sensation appears to be over his disappointment as he has jetted off on holiday to Hawaii with Selena.

Kelly Osbourne got a Liza Minnelli impersonator to serenade her mum Sharon on Mother's Day.
The 'Fashion Police' host flew out to Las Vegas, where Sharon was filming 'America's Got Talent', to surprise her on the special day - which takes place annually on the second Sunday of every May in the US - and organised the musical tribute to take place during a break in shooting.
Speaking in her Closer magazine column, Kelly said: "I flew with my mum to Las Vegas last week, as she was working on 'America's Got Talent', and I spent the Saturday organising her Mother's Day surprises. I put up 300 balloons in her hotel room and got a Liza Minnelli impersonator to sing her a song during the break!"
But the 26-year-old star didn't only spoil her mother while she was in Las Vegas - she also made sure she enjoyed herself too.
Kelly joined David Arquette and Jeff Beacher - who she works with at Beacher's Madhouse, a variety theatre in Los Angeles - for a night out at the Yellowtail club, where they staged their own impromptu dance competition.
She revealed: "On the Saturday night, when my mum was working, I went out to the Yellowtail club with my Madhouse comedy show partners David and Jeff, which was fun. None of us really drink, especially David, who has never looked better or happier. So the three of us had a little dance competition to see who could do the most absurd dance moves and I'm pretty sure David won - but only by a little."
David spent four weeks at the Betty Ford Center to be treated for alcoholism following his separation from his wife Courteney Cox - with whom he has a six-year-old daughter Coco - and has been sober since he checked out at the end of January.news_bang_old 42701 2706216 Kelly Osbourne, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Las Vegas, Liza Minnelli
Rod Stewart has signed up for a two year residency in Las Vegas.
The 'Maggie May' rocker will perform at the US gambling capital's Caesars Palace venue from August this year, and his 'Rod Stewart: The Hits' show will see him concentrate on the biggest songs of his 40 year career.
He told website Billboard.biz: "We'll try to give the people what they want, which are the songs that made me famous, plus a few surprises. It'll be 90 percent songs that people know. There won't be any magicians or midgets, just a good rock show."
Rod will be backed by a full 13-piece band and promised as well as hits such as ' The First Cut Is the Deepest' and 'You're in My Heart', he may throw in a few older classics.
He added: "I've got the line up to make changes - all the mandolins and guitars. We'll throw in something from, say, [1970 album] 'Gasoline Alley'."
Rod, 66, previewed the shows with eight performances at the same venue last year, which featured covers including soul classic 'Love Train', crooner standard 'I get A Kick Outta You' and John Fogerty's 'Proud Mary' alongside his rock hits.

Bradley Cooper is pleased 'The Hangover Part II' follows the same formula as the first movie.
The actor is set to reprise his role as Phil Wenneck in the forthcoming sequel - which sees a group of friends head to Thailand for a bachelor party which gets out of hand - and he thinks it is more likely to be a hit because the plot is similar to that in the 2009 film, which saw the men trying to piece together the events of an evening celebrating the final single days of a pal in Las Vegas.
He said: "The sequel can't be, 'Let's make a movie that has a completely different story but it won't matter because people love seeing those guys together.'
"I don't believe that - when you look at sequels that don't work in comedy, it's when they abandon the formula. I was very happy that there was a structure - a ticking clock, a missing night."
Bradley enjoyed working on the movie sequel, and admits he hope sit lives up to expectations because he is such a fan of the first film.
He told GQ magazine: "I feel like, 'God, I hope it's good' just because I'm a fan of the first one and I want it to be worth it.
"It was kind of wonderful to be filming in Bangkok with the guys. There's a unique relationship between me, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis - we work so well together."news_bang_old 57011 2706579 Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Hope, Las Vegas, Zach Galifianakis
Vince Vaughn has joined the cast of 'Lay The Favorite'.
The 'Break-Up' star will star alongside Bruce Willis, Justin Timberlake and Catherine Zeta -Jones in the Stephen Frears directed gambling comedy drama.
It is based on the memoir of Beth Raymer, and tells the tale of gamblers in Las Vegas, New York and Curacao in the last decade.
Rebecca Hall stars as Raymer, while it has been speculated Vince will play Bernard 'Rosie' Rose, who had made $2.5 million by sports gambling by the age of 18.
Bruce will play professional gambler Dink Heimowitz, while Catherine - who was recently diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder - will play his wife.
Shooting on the project is set to begin this summer ahead of a 2012 release.
Vince - who is well known for his romantic comedy roles - has seen his career slow in recent years, having only starred in three films in the last three years, including widely panned 'The Dilemma' alongside Winona Ryder.news_bang_old 52413 2706606 Vince Vaughn, Bruce Willis, Drama, Justin Timberlake, Las Vegas, Rebecca Hall, Stephen Frears, Winona Ryder
Marie Osmond remarried her first husband today (04.05.11).
The singing star wed former basketball player Stephen Craig in Las Vegas almost 30 years after they first tied the knot â wearing the same wedding dress as at their 1982 ceremony.
Marie said: "I am so happy and look forward to sharing my life with Stephen, who is an amazing man as well as a great father to my children."
The couple have one son together - also called Stephen - who is now 28.
Marie, 51, also had a son and a daughter and adopted five children with her second husband, music producer Brian Blosil, whom she was divorced from in 2007.
Sadly, Marie's second son, Michael, committed suicide last year, and Marie chose today for the wedding as it would have been both his birthday and that of her late mother, Olive.
She told website People.com: "It was important that both Michael and my mom were with us on this special day."
The couple â who originally split in 1985 - were married in a private ceremony at the Latter Day Saints Mormon Temple, followed by a reception at their nearby Nevada home.
Stephen, 54, now travels the US as a motivational speaker, while Marie continues to perform in Las Vegas with her brother, Donny.news_bang_old 249280 2706684 Marie Osmond, Las Vegas
Bradley Cooper says a sequel to 'The Hangover' was already planned before the first film came out.
'The Hangover' - which tells the story of a stag do in Las Vegas - was a huge success when it was released in 2009 but producers of the outrageous comedy were so sure it would be a hit, they had already commissioned a follow-up.
Bradley - who is reprising his role as Phil - said: "We're looking forward to what you're watching right now, us back together again. Warner Brothers wanted to make a sequel before the first film came out. So it was planted in our mind before the first film was even released.
"It's been with us a long time, and we were hoping it would do well so they would follow through with that. But their interest started when they saw what was happening.
"Of course we couldn't anticipate it becoming what it was, but one thing I will say that we'd sit there in Caesar's Palace eating dinner after shooting and say "hey, this is pretty good, and this is kind of different."
'The Hangover Part II' - which also stars Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis - is set in Thailand and Ed is hoping it will live up to expectations.
He told Collider.com: "Rather than just raise the expectation bar and say we're raising all the antes, I think there's just some fun creative surprises and twists on people's expectations."news_bang_old 57011 2706693 Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Las Vegas, Zach Galifianakis
Cirque du Soleil are to recreate Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in Las Vegas.
The Canadian entertainment company plan to turn the Mandalay Bay resort into a tribute attraction to the late 'King of Pop' which will include a lounge inspired by the singer, a museum of memorabilia and a theatre which will be a replicate of the pop legend's famous home.
In an announcement made at the hotel and casino on Wednesday (28.04.11) - which was attended by Michael's brother Jackie - Cirque du Soleil President Daniel Lamarre said: "This place, Mandalay Bay, is going to become the home of Michael Jackson in many, many ways."
John Branca, co-executor of the Jackson estate, has also revealed the attraction will contain items from the star's home.
He said: "Very few fans would ever get to visit Michael's Neverland Ranch because of its remote location. Now they can."
The Las Vegas tribute to the 'Billie Jean' hitmaker is set to open in 2013, and is the latest collaboration between the circus troupe and the Jackson estate.
Cirque du Soleil's new show, 'Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour' - which cost $57 million to create - is set to open in Montreal, Canada, in October and will then tour 30 cities across North America, including New York, Miami, Denver, New Orleans, Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
When the show hits the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas in December it will coincide with a fan convention which will launch the permanent tribute to Michael.

The singer says, "Caesars Palace is just a perfect, idyllic place to play, and the show will be a gargantuan feast of music and imagery. I’m going to have a fabulous piano that Yamaha has been working on for four years, and that’s the reason why the show is called The Million Dollar Piano."

Nicolas Cage reportedly owes over $620,000 in unpaid gift taxes.
The 'Drive Angry' star is alleged to have given a total of $1.8 million to various people between 2004 and 2009, but did not pay the required taxes, according to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Gossip website TMZ obtained a federal tax lien filed against Cage in Los Angeles County on March 17 which states the Hollywood actor owes $624,934.64 for his donations.
Under federal tax laws a 35 per cent tax must be paid by the giver on any large cash gifts.
In 2009, it was revealed Cage owed $14 million in unpaid taxes and fees for the years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2007.
In December 2010, the 47-year-old Hollywood actor made a $360,545 tax payment to the US government to cover owed back taxes from 2002 to 2004.
Cage has claimed he was led "down a path of financial ruin" by his former business manager Samuel Levin, who he sued for $20 million.
He filed the lawsuit against Levin in October 2009, claiming his ex-employee had caused him "catastrophic losses" by making bad investments but dropped the case in September 2010 after allegedly agreeing to settle out of court.
The actor has been beset by financial problems in recent months and in October 2010 he was ordered to pay over $2 million to the Nevada State Bank.
He owed $2,511,605.74 because of a loan he defaulted on, as well as unpaid taxes, legal costs and lawyer's fees after his Las Vegas home was repossessed last year.news_bang_old 59748 2707151 Nicolas Cage, Las Vegas, Settle
Prosecution lawyers claim Dr. Conrad Murray was preoccupied with calling women on the morning Michael Jackson died.
Phone records show the doctor - who is to be tried on charges of involuntary manslaughter - sent a text to a stripper, spoke to a cocktail waitress, and received repeated calls from a third woman on the morning of June 25, 2009, the day his patient died from acute Propofol intoxication.
Papers filed by prosecution lawyers state details of Dr. Murray's relationships with the three women should be heard by the jury as they are "relevant to show Dr. Murray's level of inattentiveness and distraction while he was responsible for the care of Mr. Jackson."
On the morning of the singer's passing, Dr. Murray had administered a number of painkillers to the 'Thriller' hitmaker, including lorazepam and the sedative midazolam before giving him a dose of Propofol. He said to have texted Michelle Bella, a dancer at the Spearmint Rhino gentleman's club in Las Vegas, at around 8:30 am, then spoke to cocktail waitress Sade Anding at 11:51 for around 11 minutes, a call which he is believed to have terminated when he realised the singer wasn't breathing.
Dr. Murrray - who was living with exotic dancer Nicole Alvarez at the time - also received two missed calls from a third woman, Bridgette Morgan, he met at a Las Vegas strip club in 2003, according to the prosecutors.
Brigette was trying to reach him to discuss a plane ticket he promised to buy her during a lunch date earlier that month, court documents stated.
The prosecution claim: "He was receiving personal phone calls during the hours when he was supposed to be completely focused on the care of Mr. Jackson," and that the calls - 11 in total - should be admissible as evidence as they feel it shows a pattern of "inattentiveness and distraction."
Dr. Murray neglected to mention the phonecalls during his first interview with police after Jackson's death.
His defence team have previously made moves to bar evidence involving "sexually scandalous information", including Murray's visits to strip clubs.
They argued: "This evidence has no rational bearing on any issue in this matter and is presented merely to harass and discredit Dr. Murray."news_bang_old 84286 2707183 Michael Jackson, Las Vegas, The Hours

Cheryl Cole is planning a trip to Las Vegas with Derek Hough.
The 27-year-old singer and her rumoured boyfriend are set to visit his mother Marianne Nelson in Nevada before they take in some tourist attractions in the US resort in August, which is known for its casinos and spectacular stage shows.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Cheryl's only been to Vegas once before and didn't get to spend much time there so she's really looking forward to it.
"She has already made a list of things she wants to do and said she wants to just be a 'tourist' and do all the tacky things people do there.

While this will be Victoria's first child, Kevin - who has been dating the 28-year-old former professional volleyball player for more than two years - is also dad to Kori, eight, and six-year-old Kaleb, his children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson.
A source close to the couple told E! Online: "They are totally happy."
Kevin - who divorced Britney in 2007 after three years of marriage - still officially has the sole custody of the former couple's sons Sean and Jayden, although the youngsters currently split their time between both parents.
With Victoria reportedly being five months pregnant, she can be confident of her partner's parenting skills, as in 2008 he was named Father of the Year by Las Vegas nightclub Prive.
Meanwhile, in November 2007, Details magazine named Kevin as one of their Fathers of the Year, alongside the late Anna Nicole Smith's ex-partner, Larry Birkhead.
At the time, the magazine explained: "The New Dad, as represented by Kevin and Birkhead, is involved. He trucks the kids to the supermarket, decorates their bedrooms, and even lets them dictate the direction of his career."news_bang_old 82375 2707729 Kevin Federline, Anna Nicole Smith, Britney Spears, Larry Birkhead, Las Vegas, Sean Preston, Shar Jackson
