Pop star-turned-Dj Lance Bass is still dreaming of jetting off into space a decade after insurance issues prevented him from taking off in a Russian Soyuz rocket.
The former 'N Sync star was scheduled to become the youngest cosmonaut to blast off back in 2002, but his mission to the International Space Station was aborted at the last minute.
He explains, "A week before my launch it got scrapped... There was a rocket that carried all my experiments and clothes and everything, it blew up before we went. Because of that the insurance were not gonna cover me."
But the Bye Bye Bye singer hasn't given up on his space dream: "I've finished my training, I'm officially a cosmonaut, so I could go at anytime."
