Lance Bass - Lance Bass Hosted All Night Theatre Extravaganza
Lance Bass hosted the '24 Hour Hollywood Rush', the first all-night theatre extravaganza of its kind on 20th February 2011.
Lance Bass, the American pop singer who rose to fame as a member of boy band N Sync, hosted the '24 Hour Hollywood Rush' at the Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles last month, reports Access Hollywood.The event, considered to be in the first of its kind on the West Coast, featured a host of celebrities including Adam Shankman of 'So You Think You Can Dance', Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner and Melissa Joan Hart. A number of writers, directors and actors came together to participate in the unique evening, which placed emphasis on the unpredictability of the performances and the incredibly tight run around of actors. The writers, who included Silvio Horta of 'Ugly Betty' fame, had 12 hours to produce six 10-minute plays. On the morning of the event, the scripts were handed out to the directors and the actors began rehearsals immediately.
Famous faces taking part in the unique event included Jamie-lynn Sigler of 'The Sopranos' and Joel Michaely of 'The Rules of Attraction'.
