According to People magazine, the basketball star - who is married to Khloe Kardashian-Odom - is said to have checked into a treatment centre on Wednesday (04.09.13) to get help for his alleged cocaine problem, but it is now being claimed he has already left the centre.
The 32-year-old sportsman was spotted leaving the facility with an assistant yesterday afternoon (07.09.13), and was then seen in Los Angeles later that day.
What's more, the hunk's four-year marriage to Khloe is reportedly on the rocks due to his alleged drug habit.
An insider told RadarOnline: ''[She is] relieved that Lamar has finally gone to rehab, if that's where he really is, but she is p***ed off she doesn't even know his location.
''She has stood by him for the past two years as he descended into a nasty addiction of Oxycontin and cocaine.''
