Yesterday, Kristen publicly confessed to the fling with the movie's director, Rupert Sanders. She issued a statement to the celebrity magazine People, saying "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardised the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry." Gaga's message of support has been re-tweeted over 10,000 times, though she hasn't followed up on the comments at all.

Although Kristen and Rupert met on the set of Snow White and the Huntsman, the affair is alleged to have happened after filming had finished, the NME reports today (July 26, 2012). Sanders is married to Liberty Ross, who also starred in the movie. They have two children together.
