Labrinth - Labrinth Joins Children's Music Therapy Class
British singer Labrinth took time out of his busy schedule on Tuesday (23Apr13) to perform during a music therapy class for children with learning difficulties.
The Pass Out hitmaker visited the Nordoff Robbins London Centre to see how the organisation uses music to help kids who seek support at the venue.
Labrinth, who is set to receive the charity's Silver Clef Innovation prize at an upcoming awards show in London, played the piano during his session with the youngsters.
He tells Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "When we were all playing instruments, I thought: 'I have never met these kids, yet I feel at ease', and that's because I know music, and they know music and we were communicating.
"This session has shown me that music should be an expression, a way of communicating to other people and getting the purest message across that you can. I feel very inspired after this."
