The former 'Sex And The City' actress is said to be totally smitten with the Oscar winner after romancing him for the past six weeks and friends says it could turn into something serious.

A source told E! Online: ''It's been going on for around six weeks. They are really happy. They have actually known each other a while through mutual friends and would sometimes bump into one another at industry events, but it has only just turned into something more.''
