Kristen Bell: I Consider Myself Married

Kristen Bell considers herself to be "already married" to fiance Dax Shepard.

The 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' actress - who has been engaged to the actor for two years - admitted she doesn't want a wedding as she thinks planning her big day would be "too much stress".

She said in an interview with Vegas magazine: "We consider ourselves already married - we already wear the rings.

"I don't want a wedding. It's too much stress."

The 31-year-old beauty has previously explained that while she used to think making the couple's union official was important, she has come to realise how "little" marriage actually means and she is just happy to have someone to share her life with.

Kristen said: "I come from a very traditional household. For a while, I thought a marriage certificate was important, but the older I get, the more I see how little it means.

"I think one of the most important things you can do in your life is pair up with someone else. I think living alongside someone and sharing everything with them is just beautiful."

Kristen also explained the couple aren't planning an expensive and elaborate wedding because she considers making a commitment to one another to be more important than "planning a party".

She recently said: "We're just not having a wedding, so there's no story to report there. I mean, we're still getting married, but we're going to do it whenever we feel like it. The fact that he asked me to marry him is of a little more importance than me planning a party."
