Kris Humphries - Kris Humphries Denies Giving Herpes To Kayla Goldberg

In her sexual battery and negligent transmission of a venereal disease suit, Kayla Goldberg describes meeting with Humphries at a local upscale restaurant and then later that night at a club, where she ended up going back to his hotel room. According to court papers, Goldberg alleges that Humphries told her that he was infected with herpes after the pair had sexual intercourse. She is asking for unspecified general, specific and punitive damages, as well as court costs. Humphries' representative has denied that his client is infected with the disease, though did not state how the team would be tackling the case. It's unwanted controversy for the New Jersey Nets star, who will no doubt want to concentrate on his divorce battle with Kim Kardashian, which began in court earlier this month.

A lawsuit that Kim had been fighting came to a conclusion this week, with retailer Old Navy agreeing to pay Kardashian publicity rights for using a lookalike of the reality star in their commercials. The lawsuit was over a commercial titled 'Super C-U-t-e' which featured the Canadian singer and model MELISSA MOLINARO.
