Kris Humphries is being sued for reportedly tricking a suit shop in Beverly Hills into giving him 30 per cent off merchandise in exchange for promising them new business.
Kris Humphries is being sued for allegedly ripping off a suit shop.
The NBA player - who is currently in the midst of a divorce from his wife of 72 days, Kim Kardashian - has been accused of lying to a store in Beverly Hills by promising to send over his team's clients for business in exchange for a discount, TMZ reports.
According to a lawsuit filed, worker Scott Hill claims Kris and then-girlfriend Kim visited the store a few years ago, striking a deal of 30 per cent off in exchange for the custom of two of the star's fellow NBA sportsmen within the next 12 months.
However, despite spending more than $46,000 in merchandise using his discount, Kris failed to keep his word and is now being asked to pay back over $6,000 which he initially had deducted.
Meanwhile, the sports star is seeking an annulment from Kim, 32, on the grounds of ''fraud'', claiming they only married to boost the viewings of her reality show 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'.
Kim's mother and manager Kris Jenner, along with the show's producer Farnaz Farjam, will be witnesses at the trial, where Kim is expected to provide ''reasons why the parties' marriage should be dissolved and not annulled'' and show ''that she did not defraud (Kris) into marrying her.''
Both parties are expected to testify during the trial, which is due to take place on May 6.
