Kourtney Kardashian is amazed at how differently her family treat her now she is a mother.

The socialite - who gave birth to son Mason eight weeks ago - claims her mum is much "nicer" to her and boyfriend Scott Disick since they became parents and she can't understand why.

She said: "My mom is so much nicer to Scott and so much nicer to me. Whenever I'm on the phone she's like, 'Sweetie, oh my gosh!' And I'm like, 'Whoa, where did this come from?'

"Since Mason everything has been great and everyone has been getting along."

Although she is enjoying her family's new attitude, Kourtney isn't concerned if things change because she and Scott are so happy together.

She added: "I'm fine with it because I know that we're good, we have our little family now, so if people don't like it then don't come over."

The 30-year-old star also spoke about losing the weight she gained during pregnancy, saying her progress is "steady".

She explained: "I actually gained 40 lbs. I've lost 25, so I still have 15 to go."
