Kobe Bryant - Kobe Bryant's Church Case Dismissed

Sports star Kobe Bryant has been cleared after authorities dropped an investigation into an alleged altercation at a church last year (11).
A visitor at the St. Theresa of Carmel Church in Carmel Valley, California filed a police report suggesting Bryant grabbed his cell phone after accusing him of trying to take photos of the basketball player and his family.
Thomas Hagos claimed his wrist was injured during the alleged clash and police officials referred the case to the San Diego City Attorney.
The sports star's lawyer labelled the accusations "baseless", and now the case has been dismissed, according to Tmz.com.
A City Attorney spokesperson tells the website, "Based upon our extensive investigation and interview of independent witnesses, we’ve concluded that charges cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt."
