Kitaen Charged With Dui
Actress TAWNY KITAEN has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) following her arrest in September (09).
The 48 year old was pulled over by police near John Wayne Airport in California, allegedly making "contact with officers after operating a vehicle while under the influence."
Kitaen has now been charged with DUI, according to TMZ.com.
If convicted, the star faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 (£625) fine.
In November 2006, Kitaen was caught with cocaine at her Orange County, California home, she entered a rehabilitation centre just two months later in exchange for the dismissal of a felony drug possession charge.
