Prince pulled Kim Kardashian on stage with him at Madison Square Garden in New York City last night (07.02.11).

The 'Purple Rain' hitmaker beckoned the 30-year-old reality TV star up on stage after asking an audience member to come and dance with him, but he promptly told her to get off again when she couldn't move because she was so nervous.

Writing on twitter, she said: "OMG Prince just pulled me up on stage!!! I'm shaking!!!!

"I was so nervous I froze when Prince touched me!!!! (sic)"

However, Kim was given a chance to make amends for her statuesque moves later in the evening when he invited her back on stage towards the end of the show.

She wrote: "Went up on stage AGAIN! This time I redeemed myself! We all danced while Prince played the piano! Wow! What a night! (sic)"

Kim's new boyfriend, basketball player Kris Humphries, also tweeted about the concert, saying she looked "gorgeous" on stage.

He wrote: "Kim got shy on stage. She looked gorgeous though! Kimmy got nervous. So cute though. (sic)"

Other celebrities who attended the 52-year-old pop icon's show included Cameron Diaz and her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez and Blake Lively.

Last month, Prince sang for 'Country Strong' star Leighton Meester on stage.
