Kim Kardashian Loses 6 Pounds In A Week: How?
Though the weight loss may seem farfetched, Kardashian told US Weekly magazine it was actually easy to achieve after setting her mind to it. Speaking at the Dress for Success charity event, which doubled up with the launch for new fragrance True Reflection, Kim explained, "I figure, I'm single. Now is the best time to get in shape". Kardashian says she managed to shed the pounds by working out two times daily, which included early morning treadmill runs and strength training, coupled with Pilates at night. Her diet changed too, with the star cutting out gluten, sugar and dairy, saying, "No more sitting at home, eating too much!" Shortly after speaking of her weight loss at the event, Kim was "flour-bombed" by a mystery assailant who was later found to be an activist for Peta. Despite refusing to press charges at the scene, Kim has since changed her mind and is reportedly taking the woman to court.
Her sister Khloe Kardashian - a long-time advocate of Peta - has since severed her ties to the organization.
