NICOLE KIDMAN has sold her home in Australia for a heavily discounted price - losing $.4.5 million (£3 million) in the sale.
The Hollywood actress, who lives full time in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Keith Urban and their baby daughter Sunday Rose, put her Sydney property on the market last year (08) with an asking price of $15 million (£10 million).
Kidman has owned the house since 1995 when she was married to actor Tom Cruise and used it as a base whenever she visited her native country.
But she decided to sell the home, which has no garden, since the birth of her daughter in order to buy a new house outside of Sydney which is more child-friendly, according to Australian newspaper the Sydney Morning Herald.
The property was reportedly sold to an anonymous buyer last week (beg11May09) for around $10.5 million (£7 million), almost exactly a year after it was first put on the market.
