Khloe Kardashian - Khloe Kardashian Set To Become X Factor Host?

Khloe Kardashian is reportedly in the running to become the next X Factor host in the USA. We’re not exactly sure what the show’s producers were thinking when they let Khloe audition for the role but we can only assume that dollar signs were rolling, cartoon-style in their eyes and the sound of the cash register ringing was echoing in their ears. After all, a Kardashian connection would surely bring renewed interest to the show and let’s face it – interest is what they need.

X Factor bosses have already invested in Britney Spears and Demi Lovato – who are judges on the show – in an attempt to boost their flagging viewer ratings. According to TMZ, who have been chatting to people connected with the TV talent contest, Khloe is definitely in the front-running for the job. The host of the show won’t be making an appearance on screen until the live shows begin next month (October 2012) but producers obviously need to make a decision pretty soon. TMZ’s source reckons there’s “at least an 85 per cent chance that [Khloe] will get the job.” Of the hopefuls that have already auditioned, the youngest of the Kardashian sisters is in with a pretty good chance.

Khloe made her name in the world of television by starring in Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the reality TV show that features her sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian. Off the back of that show’s success, Khloe also has her own show, Khloe and Lamar, about her life with her husband, Lamar Odom.
