Kendra Wilkinson has offered fans some healthy alternatives to their usual snacks, advising readers of her blog to look for low-calorie replacements.

Although the former Playboy model - who has son Hank, three, with husband Hank Baskett - thinks eating at regular intervals is good for people, she knows how easy it can be to get carried away and gorge on calorific treats, so has come up with some low-fat alternative options for her supporters to try.
She wrote on her blog: ''Snacking is a great way to boost your metabolism throughout the day, but it can also be dangerous!
''Ever reach for a snack and realize 20 minutes later you've eaten half a bag of chips?! Haha!
''I'm not talking about the [popcorn] you eat at the movies that's drenched in butter (or comes with nacho cheese, which is what I like)! LOL Go for the fat-free 100-calorie bags that are guilt-free ... [Or] one cup of strawberries with a tablespoon of melted semi-sweet chocolate is only 120 calories! (sic)''
The 'Kendra on Top' star also recommends hummus and frozen fruit bars, before advising pretzels and yogurt as good alternatives to other savoury snacks.
She added: ''Grab [pretzels] instead of chips! They're fat-free, low-cal (about 100 calories per serving) and salty.
''If you're looking for something that's creamy, opt for low-fat or nonfat yogurt.
''Add in some granola or some sliced almonds and you've got a creamy snack with a crunch!''
