Kelly Rowland - Kelly Rowland Returns To X Factor, Tulisa Calls In Sick

It was assumed Rowland had left the show for good and would be replaced, but the Destiny's Child singer returned to the UK this week, in time for Saturday's show. However, Tulisa fuelled rumours of a rift on the judging panel after falling ill with toothache. Her spokesman said she was due to visit a dentist on Wednesday (2nd October 2011) and was hoping to make Saturday's show. The duo first began their row after Contostavlos accused Kelly's contestant Misha B of picking on her contestants backstage and making them cry. The remarks stunned viewers of the show, as well as head judge Gary Barlow who later said, "For anyone who thinks last week was all for the cameras, then they're wrong. Tulisa is very young and what she came out with shocked me, to be honest.I couldn't believe it had been brought to the stage, but she's one of those people, who when she sees something she's got to say it, so fair enough".

Rowland lost one of her girls last week, with London-born singer Sophie Habibis getting the boot after a sing-off with Misha B.
