Nicole Kidman's husband Keith Urban burst into tears when he saw his wife on Tv at the 2013 Screen Actors Guild (Sag) Awards on Sunday (27Jan13) while he was calling off concerts in flood-hit Australia.
The country star has been touring Down Under while his actress partner has been attending glitzy awards shows in Los Angeles, but Urban was left feeling redundant over the weekend (26-27Jan13) after cancelling three shows in Brisbane due to the wild weather.
He now admits he watched Kidman on Tv during her appearance at the Sag Awards on Sunday, and cried because he couldn't be with her.
The singer, who was reunited with his wife in Sydney on Tuesday (29Jan13), tells News.com.au, "I was telling Nic before that when we finally got into Sydney, I got to the house, flicked on the Tv and I got to see my wife (at the Sag Awards), I got to see what she was wearing. I hit pause on one shot and stood there staring at her... and started crying. I hated the fact she was there without me, on her own. Ridiculous, right?"
