Keith Urban - Keith Urban Among Superstars Courted For American Idol

The singer, who is already a judge on Australia's version of The Voice, is being courted by Idol producers to take up the spot left open by Steven Tyler.

Mariah Carey has already been announced as a replacement for former judge Jennifer Lopez, and Kanye West, Nick Jonas and Pharrell Williams are all reportedly in talks to join the panel.

Urban has now revealed he also on the list, saying, "They did reach out to us. But they have been reaching out to a lot of people, so I think they are just figuring out which way they are going to go."
