KEIRA KNIGHTLEY has revealed she has no plans to reprise her role as Elizabeth Swan in the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN series.
The actress, who can currently be seen in THE DUCHESS, starred in three films in the franchise alongside JOHNNY DEPP and ORLANDO BLOOM.
However, Female First magazine reports that she is planning to explore other kinds of films.
"I think it was wonderful and an amazing opportunity and those films were just extraordinary and I was extremely lucky to be a part of them," Keira told the publication.
"But no. I think my pirating days may be over."
Meanwhile, JOHNNY DEPP has reportedly reunited with PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN director GORE VERBINSKI to work on a new animated film RANGO.
According to online news resource the Hollywood News, Depp will voice one of the characters in the film, which sees a household pet embark on an adventure to discover itself.
The film has a release date of March 2011 set.
