Katy Perry Wants To Be Wooed

Katy Perry wants to be ''courted''.

The 'Part of Me' singer - whose divorce from Russell Brand was finalised earlier this month - says she wants a man to woo her and despite her past, she still believes in love.

Katy - who is currently dating Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd - said: ''I'm a woman who likes to be courted, strongly. Never say never, I guess you'd say. I'll let love take the lead on that.''

The 27-year-old beauty also revealed how she doesn't want to tell her fans what to do but hopes she sets them a good Example.

She told America's Elle magazine: ''I can't tell a person when it's time for them to have sex... or if they should have a cigarette... But I try to live my life with a lot of integrity... hopefully, that sends a message.''

Katy recently revealed how she doesn't need a man to make her happy as she's the only person that can make herself truly content.

She said: ''I've learnt I'm in a very modern fairy tale. But I also know I don't need the Prince Charming to have a happy ending. I can make the happy ending myself.

''Being in love is the dream. But the reality of making it work is not like the movies.''
