Katy Perry Offloads New York Apartment
Katy Perry has sold off the New York apartment she once shared with estranged husband Russell Brand.
The British funnyman filed for divorce from the pop star late last year (Dec11) and they are going through the legal process of making the split official.
Perry has now taken one step closer to putting married life behind her by offloading the luxurious Manhattan penthouse which she bought just weeks before exchanging vows with Brand in India in October, 2010.
The two-bedroom Tribeca duplex sold for close to its $2.75 million (£1.7 million) asking price, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
