Katy Perry - Katy Perry Ditched Again: John Mayer Ends Their Blossoming Romance

The pop beauty had only been dating womaniser John Mayer for a few months and he's already bored and ready to move on. According to sources obtained by The Sun, Miss Perry is 'really upset about it'. 'She is making it seem like it wasn't serious with John, but she is hurt', sources added. They were first reported to be getting romantically involved back in June 2012 and Perry, 27, admitted to having a brief fling with Mayer, 34, in previous years. She was spotted canoodling with the singer at Soho House, West Hollywood first, and then were seen earlier this month at a pool party in Beverly Hills seemingly unfazed about public displays of affection. An onlooker is reported to have said that they were, 'all over each other, making out'. According to The Sun, a friend of Perry also said that she seemed ready to settle down again already: 'She doesn't want to get her heart broken again, but she feels a real connection and wants to see where things go', they said.

Katy Perry has really only just had her divorce from notorious comedian Russell Brand finalised after he filed it at the end of December following a pitiable 14 months of marriage and he has also already moved on to the next one: Jordana Brewster's sister Isabella. John Mayer is also reknowned for having a string of short term romances including Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Love-hewit, Minka Kelly and Taylor Swift.
