Another day, another Katt Williams arrest. This time, the comedian was apprehended by cops after he failed to appear in court for a hearing related to his November 25, 2012 run-in with the California Highway Patrol (he was driving a three-wheeled motorcycle.) He also slapped a Target employee for no apparent reason.

Due to Williams' no-show, he forfeited his previous $50,000 bond and bail was reset at just over $100,000, the Sacramento District Attorney's Office confirmed to E! News on Tuesday (January 7, 2012). He faces charges of evading police and reckless driving after refusing to stop for officers engaged in a low-speed pursuit. The popular comedian may have a reason for the no-show, given that he was busted at his Los Angeles home on December 28, 2012 on suspicion of child endangerment. Police had allegedly discovered a stolen loaded gun on the promises. After leaving Van Nuys Jail following his release, Williams told TMZ's cameramen, "How do you keep kids safe without guns?"

The 41-year-old has also threatened to lay the smack-down on Quentin Tarantino for his extensive use of the N-word in his new movie Django Unchained. Williams appears to hail from the Spike Lee school of indignation saying, "Quentin Tarantino thinks he can say the N-word. But I checked with all of Ni**adom and nobody knows where he got his pass from. I hope he didn't get it from Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Foxx cause they aren't going to help you when I see you."
