Kathy Griffin Recovering From Surgery
Comedienne Kathy Griffin is recovering after undergoing surgery to remove a polyp on her uterus.
The U.S. TV personality was hospitalised on Wednesday (21Mar12), shortly after filming her comical last goodbyes in a YouTube.com video.
She said, "This is probably it. The Kathy show (my upcoming reality show)... probably won't even happen because I'm probably going to pass away."
However, hours later Griffin assured fans she was alive and well by taking to Twitter.com to announce the small growth was not cancerous.
Posting a saucy snap of herself in a hospital room, she wrote: "Uterus polyp Benign! But had to show u my sexxxy hospital 'leaky lady' panties."
