Katherine Jackson To Fight Back Against 'Bunch Of Lies'
Katherine Jackson is ready to fight back against a ''bunch of lies''.
The Jackson family matriarch - who was thought to be missing for 10 days whilst on a visit to Arizona - is devastated about losing custody of Michael Jackson's three children and has vowed to address the ''lies'' at the heart of the family feud.
The 82-year-old grandmother told ABC News: ''I am devastated that while I've been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me.''
She said she would address the various allegations, which were ''based on a bunch of lies.''
The King of Pop's three children - 14-year-old Paris, Prince Michael, 15, and 10-year-old Blanket - have lived with Katherine since his death in 2009, but were placed under their cousin Tito Joe 'TJ' Jackson's guardianship since Wednesday night (25.07.07).
Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff transferred guardianship temporarily after hearing allegations Katherine was being ''held against her will'' at an Arizona spa and had sounded ''strange'' in the one phone call she made.
Tito Joe 'TJ' Jackson commented: ''I've never heard my grandmother talk like that. She wasn't sharp. Some words seemed a little slurred.''
But Katherine is adamant she was resting in Arizona on doctors orders and is furious Tito is alleging she was being held against her will.
Speaking in court, with her children Randy, Janet and Rebbie alongside her, she said: ''I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will.
''It's very stupid for people to think that.''
However, Prince Michael tweeted on Thursday: ''As long as I can remember my dad repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways.
''Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realise how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I'm really angry and hurt.''
The Jackson family continues to battle over Michael Jackson's will as the 'Thriller' singer's siblings insist that the document is fake.
