Justin Bieber has often spoken of his religious beliefs in public and has a Hebrew script tattooed on his rib cage - but this time, the 17-year-old has taken things one step further. The Baby hitmaker showed off his latest body ink while visiting a pizzeria with his father and some friends earlier this week.
Bieber has got none other than Jesus Christ's face tattooed on the back of his calf, again reaffirming his Christianity. His manager Scooter Braun recently spoke to Usa Today about Justin's religious views, saying, "As a Christian, he's someone to look up to...When [fans] are getting the real person is when they can connect to that person". The singer himself told Billboard.com in November, "I believe that Jesus died on a cross for my sins. He's the reason that I'm here". Before taking some time out with his father, Bieber visited the Whitney Elementary School in Las Vegas to give the kids a private concert, according to the UK's Sun newspaper. The singer had heard about the breakthrough school - catering for poor and deprived children - on the Ellen Degeneres show. While at the private concert, he told Principal Sherrie Gahn, "I can see it in your eyes that you really want to make a change and to help these kids, and I admire you for that".
Before singing his hits Mistletoe and Baby, Bieber presented the school with a cheque for $100,000.
