Journey - Journey Rocker Settles $50 Million Lawsuit Over Affair

Tareq Salahi's wife Michaele left the businessman and reality TV star for the rocker last September (11) and he later filed for divorce after learning she had been living a "double life" for several years.

He launched a legal battle with the musician, claiming Schon tore his marriage apart and ruined an opportunity for the former couple to appear on Australia's Dancing With the Stars.

However, the case has now come to an end after Schon struck a settlement deal, according to Tmz.com.

A representative for Journey tells the U.S. website, "Neal Schon and Journey are very pleased with the resolution of all legal issues and claims involving Mr. Salahi.

"While a judge previously dismissed Mr. Salahi's claims on two separate occasions, all matters have now been finally resolved."

The terms of the settlement are confidential.
