Joss Stone - Joss Stone Trial Postponed

Junior Bradshaw, 31, and 34-year-old Kevin Liverpool were arrested near the soul star's countryside home in Devon, England in June 2011 over an alleged plot to harm and rob Stone.

The trial was due to get underway at Exeter Crown Court on Monday (06Aug12) but Judge Francis Gilbert adjourned the case until March 2013.

Liverpool has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to murder, conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Bradshaw, who suffers from schizophrenia, faces the same charges but it was uncertain whether he would be fit to stand trial after his transfer to a mental health unit in March (12).

It is believed Gilbert pushed back the proceedings to allow defence attorneys time to investigate medical evidence related to the case.
