Actor Josh Hutcherson has addressed rumours he underwent surgery to fix a broken nose, insisting he had a deviated septum which left him struggling to breathe properly.
The Hunger Games star was photographed sporting a bandage across his black and blue face after stepping out in Beverly Hills on Monday (14May12), and he took to his Twitter.com page to tell fans he had been under the knife "to fix my broken nose".
The star has now elaborated on his brief explanation, insisting a problem with his septum left his nose severely blocked.
He tells Tmz.com, "(I had) a deviated septum. It was 90 per cent blocked in my right nostril, just got to get it healed up and everything."
