Sigur Ros - Jonsi Birgisson Relieved With Sigur Ros Reunion
Sigur Ros frontman Jonsi Birgisson is relieved the group has reunited after a four-year break, because he struggled with making decisions as a solo artist.
The Icelandic group took a hiatus following the release of its 2008 album, and Birgisson has since gone on to record two solo albums.
The band is now set to return with an upcoming album, and the singer admits he was delighted to be able to share responsibilities in the studio.
He says, "It's really fun to meet the guys again. When you're by yourself there's so much more responsibility. You have to make all the decisions yourself. Now I have the other guys with me to share the responsibility, make decisions and give creative feedback."
