British tough guy Vinnie Jones is embroiled in a tax probe over an alleged $205,000 (£128,000) debt.
The actor's company, Vinnie Jones Enterprises Ltd, is said to owe the amount in unpaid taxes from 2006 to 2009. The case has been handed to London's High Court.
Jones, the firm's only director, has not been declared personally responsible for the debt as he has limited liability - but liquidators have demanded a meeting with him to establish why the bill was not paid.
The Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels star may be forced to pay up if investigators discover he acted improperly, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper.
Tax officials are preparing to seize any assets owned by the company, set up in 1999 as an "artistic and literary" venture.
Liquidator Ian Defty says, "It's our duty to investigate the activities of Vinnie Jones, the causes for the failure and to seek recovery of any assets."
