Jon Hamm Kim Kardashian Feud: Things Just Got Ugly
Jon Hamm should've known that he'd never be able to get away quietly from calling Kim Kardashian stupid, the 'Mad Men' star making his comments in the magazine Elle. True to form the most famous Kardashian had a reply for the actor - who isn't the first to take a pop at the reality family empire by any means.
In an edition of Elle magazine that's not currently yet on news stands, Hamm reportedly commented 'Whether it's Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated. Being ... [an] idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you're rewarded significantly," according to the UK's Daily Mail. The 31 year-old wasn't impressed, going so far to write a Tweet that went beyond the allotted 140 characters.
She wrote "I just heard about the comment Jon Hamm made about me in an interview. I respect Jon and I am a firm believer that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that not everyone takes the same path in life. We're all working hard and we all have to respect one another. Calling someone who runs their own businesses, is a part of a successful TV show, produces, writes, designs, and creates, "stupid," is in my opinion careless." In a previous interview, Daniel Craig had also attacked the Kardashian dynasty, stating to GQ Magazine "Look at the Kardashians ... you see that and you think, 'What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a ... idiot on television and then you'll pay me millions?'"
