Johnny Depp dreams of visiting Disneyland.

The Hollywood actor - who has a 10-year-old daughter Lily-Rose and son Jack, seven, with partner Vanessa Paradis - would take his kids to the famous theme park if he wasn't famous.

He said: "I would walk through Disneyland with my kids. That's what I'd do for the day.

"I would go on every ride and I would walk through Disneyland with my kids and let them experience all the things most kids do. They don't get to do those things with daddy.

"When daddy walks through Disneyland with them, things get weird."

Johnny had to miss out on Lily Rose and Jack's visit to Disneyland last year.

French singer Vanessa took the children to the California-based theme park, which features a wax figure of Johnny as pirate Captain Jack Sparrow.

The 46-year-old actor has made no secret of his struggle to cope with being famous.

Johnny - who rose to fame in 1984's 'A Nightmare On Elm Street' - prefers to keep out of the public spotlight and spend time with his family.

He said: "I can't think of myself in terms of celebrity. It's just too weird. If the choice is between being gawked at and sitting in a chair in a dark room, I prefer the dark room."
