Joe Jackson Preparing Creditor's Claim Against Michael's Estate

MICHAEL JACKSON's father JOE is preparing to take further legal action against the executors of his son's estate if they continue to ignore his requests for financial support.

The Thriller superstar, who died in June (09), left his estate in the hands of John Branca and John MCClain.

Joe Jackson filed suit against the administrators this week (begs09Nov09) accusing the executors of forging the singer's will, which was signed and dated "July 7th, 2002 at 5:00 pm, Los Angeles".

It's alleged pictures prove Jackson was in New York on the day he reportedly put pen to paper in California - claims Branca and MCClain have vehemently denied.

The Jackson family patriarch's bid to discredit the administrators was dismissed by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff on Tuesday (10Nov09), paving the way for Branca and MCClain to be formally appointed as co-executors of the estate.

But Joe is refusing to give up - his attorney Brian Oxman reveals he is preparing to file a creditor's claim on behalf of his client if he is cut off financially, reports TMZ.com.

Oxman claims the King of Pop verbally promised to "always support" his parents and siblings, even in death.

The Jackson estate has been hit with a barrage of creditor's claims in recent months, including bids for cash from a former choreographer, his former skin doctor, his ex-accountants and a legal firm.
