Jodie Foster To Make Tv Directorial Debut On Mob Drama
Jodie Foster is stepping behind the camera for her debut as a TV director on a new drama about a female Mafia boss.
The double Oscar winner has directed four big screen projects and produced several others, but Angie's Body will be the first time she has taken the helm of a TV series.
The show will be about a family-based crime empire led by a dangerous woman, and will be penned by Heroes writer Rob Fresco, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Foster will also produce the show. The Silence of the Lambs actress previously produced TV movie, The Baby Dance, in 1988.
