Jo Dee Messina To Write Parenting Blog
Country music star Jo Dee Messina has signed on to pen a weekly blog about the challenges of motherhood on the road.
The award-winning singer/songwriter's first post will hit BabbleVoices.com on Sunday (01Jul12), when she'll become the first musician to write for the popular parenting website.
And her Backstage With Fumbling Mom blog will appear every Sunday throughout the summer and beyond.
Announcing her new role on Friday (29Jun12), Messina tells WENN, "I do the best I can as a mum. Some days are hard, some days are easy. All days are rewarding. I try to write about things I learn or observe with a humorous approach. I find it fulfilling, as do my readers. I am not an expert. They know that. I am just like them, fumbling my way through motherhood, hoping I don't mess it up."
