Rising singer Jhene Aiko was hospitalised after breaking her wrist in a car accident on Monday (26Aug13).
The musician, who is signed to Def Jam and is set to release her debut album later this year (13), has since been released after treatment for her injuries.
Taking to her Twitter.com page after the crash, she writes, "thank u all for the prayers. I get to go home... just a broken wrist, chipped tooth and stitches…"
She then uploaded a snap of herself in a wheelchair with her arm in a sling.
Aiko's four-year-old daughter Nami Love was also involved in the smash, but she was not injured.
