The 31-year-old star - who gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson on May 1 - took to her twitter account to reassure her 5.3 million followers than she is being ''as healthy'' as possible and is not in a rush to shed pounds, despite becoming the new face of the company shortly after becoming a mother.
Jessica - who gained over 60lbs when she was pregnant - tweeted: ''Just so everyone knows...Weight Watchers hasn't put ANY pressure on me! I'm trying to be as healthy as I can be for myself and I feel great! (sic)''
The blonde beauty - who is engaged to NFL player Eric Johnson - previously revealed she is going to diet sensibly and make ''lifestyle'' changes to shift her baby weight.
She explained: ''I think anybody who's gone through a pregnancy, after they have the baby, it's like, 'I need to do something about this.
''For me, I really want to do something that is a lifestyle, because in the past, I've been known to yo-yo diet.''
