Jessica Chastain - Jessica Chastain Wants To Take Cooking Lessons

The Oscar nominee is relocating to New York in September (12), when she will begin rehearsals for the period drama, but she's hoping to make use of her free hours during the day by learning tasty new recipes to try out in the kitchen.

She tells People magazine, "I love to cook! My favourite (dish) is poached pears with sweet potato ice cream. I'm doing a play and my dream is to go to cooking school during the day and do the show at night."

And Chastain admits she is always keen to brush up on her culinary skills: "I love to keep busy. If I've got days off, I'm like, 'Great! I'll work on my French, I can take a cooking class.' That, to me, is heaven."
