Jessica Biel: I Had No Input In Engagement Ring

Jessica Biel had ''no say'' in what her engagement ring looked like.

The actress got engaged to fiance Justin Timberlake last December after he popped the question and she has revealed The Ring was a complete surprise as Justin picked it out all by himself.

She said: ''I had no say whatsoever [in the ring]. I don't micromanage. He is fearless in his choices and has a real eye for design. And I'll be honest: He has better taste than I do.''

As well as Jessica being impressed with Justin's fashion sense, the 30-year-old beauty says the main reason she loves him is because he's a ''good person''.

She said: ''It is important to me to have a partner who is loving and fun - someone who inspires me. And he must be a good person.''

And Jessica has learnt what is really important in a relationship from her parents' successful marriage.

She told America's InStyle magazine: ''The best thing I learned from [my parents] is that you have to put your relationship first. You need to make time for your partner. It's really easy to let that go by the wayside. It's easy to say, 'Hey, I'll see you later. I love you.' And you can't do that.''
