Mexican pop duo Jesse & Joy were the big winners at the 13th annual Latin Grammy awards on Thursday night (15Nov12) after the siblings picked up four iconic gramophone trophies.
The pair went home with Record of the Year and Song of the Year for their track !Corre!, Best Contemporary Pop Vocal Album for ¿Con Quien Se Queda El Perro? and Best Short Form Music Video for Me Voy at the ceremony in Las Vegas.
Dominican singer Juan Luis Guerra was up for six awards, but only took away Producer of the Year for his work on singer Juanes' MTV Unplugged disc, which was also named Album of the Year. Juanes went on to win Best Long Form Music Video for the record.
Mexican group 3Ball Mty were named Best Newcomer, David Bisbal got Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album, while the Best Singer-Songwriter Album went to Gian Marco for 20 Anos.
The event, which was hosted by actor Cristian De La Fuente, featured performances from Pitbull, Natalie Cole and Nelly Furtado.
