Jesse James' First Wife Arrested For Harassment

Jesse James' has had his second wife arrested for harassment.

Janine Lindemulder - who was married to the motorcycle customiser from 2002 to 2003 - was taken into custody soon after landing back in Texas, where Jesse now lives, after being told by a judge in California to continue her fight for custody of their seven-year-old daughter, Sunny, there.

Janine's lawyer, Richard Masson, told E! News the problems arose from the fact the only number she was given to reach Sunny was a cell phone, which was constantly off.

Ex-porn star Janine then resorted to calling Jesse and left multiple messages on his phone, which he took to police so he could have her cited with harassment.

On Monday (25.07.11) a court in California awarded Jesse sole custody of Sunny and said Janine must enter rehab if she chooses to move to Texas permanently to be close to her ex-husband and daughter.

Jesse - who also has children Chandler, 16, Jesse Jr., 17, from a previous relationship - felt "totally vindicated" by the judge's decision, with his lawyer, John Schilling, saying: "Jesse is very pleased with this decision.

"He feels that all along, he's been saying what Janine needs is inpatient treatment, and until she faces up to her own issues and problems, she'll never be able to have a good relationship with her daughter. He feels totally vindicated with what the court has decided."

After his marriage to Janine, Jesse wed actress Sandra Bullock in 2005, but the couple split in 2010 after his affair with a Tattoo model. He was then engaged to California-based tattooist Kat Von D, but they broke their engagement off earlier this week, citing the long distance between them as the reason.
