'Jersey Shore's' Deena Cortese Bailed Into The Arms Of Mom And Dad

'Jersey Shore' star Deena Cortese proved that she wasn't quite as much of a loose cannon as some people might think, after being bailed from a police cell straight into the arms of her mum and dad!

E! Online reports that Cortese was out partying on the streets of New Jersey, quite literally, as she and her pals caused disruption to traffic as they danced in the road. Taking up the story was Detective Steve Korman who told the website, "Deena walked out of a bar by herself and started to dance in traffic. An unidentified driver was attempting to drive around her and she wouldn't let him pass." Continuing he added, "An officer arrested her and she was charged with disorderly conduct. She was processed and released." Cortese is apparently scheduled to appear in court on July 3rd 2012, although if she decides to hire an attorney that date will change.

Cortese's shenanigans are in stark contrast to another 'Jersey Shore' cast member, Mike Sorrentino who has been forced into rehab following his own hard partying ways. Now checked out and apparently with a good bill of health, it'll be interesting to see how this affects his role in the semi-reality show for future series, the sixth season of which has already begun shooting.
